In 2018, customers will enjoy new products and service options that make doing business with us easier and more convenient. Customers can save time by enrolling in paperless billing through one easy click. Once enrolled in paperless billing, customers can conveniently pay right from the paperless notification with the Quick Pay link. Finally, for customers on the go, Guest Pay allows payment without having to log into their account.

In illinois, new energy efficiency programs help low-to-moderate-income customers

Ameren Illinois has received approval for a four-year energy efficiency plan that will deliver energy-saving benefits to more moderate- and low-income customers, develop new companies, and create new local job opportunities in communities throughout central and southern Illinois. New deep-retro-fit weatherization programs will assist customers with central air conditioning, insulation, and funds for health and safety repairs.
